A member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Irish Branch), Niall lectures on environmental and planning law at the Honorable Society of Kings Inns, has tutored environmental law at the Law Society of Ireland, and has lectured on health and safety law, administrative law and employment law on training courses for the Health Services Executive.
