A signifiant amount of legislation has emerged from the Department of the Environment, Community & Local Government, over the last few months. This meeting will focus on some of this legislation and the particularly important changes made. We will also have the usual updates on Irish legislative developments, on Irish case law – including the recent decision in John Ronan & Sons v. Cleanbuild Limited (In Voluntary Liquidation) and Others and on EU developments.
